Initially, i countered a few problems while uploading the blog, like having problems remembering the steps involved. Mind you its quite a long process. First time, i forgot to create a sub-domain and was searching for the blog folder on the ftp. Quite embarrassing.

@Brianna – Thats why is said “Database Wizard”. They have the steps on there. Sometime later this week I will include a post on how to create databases though and will append it to the post

Very simple and effective tutorial. The missing part is database creation steps, because it’s hardly to expect beginners will know that.
Anyway, my ftp favorite is CuteFtp. It’s not free, but it is well worth of the price.
